Using incredibly specialized techniques, Jon at Colpron Custom Floors creates beautifully hand scraped solid hardwood flooring. Using HIP products for hand scraping, we utilize a special technique called "The Beverly Hills Scrape" that Jon Colpron learned from award winning Dave Marzalek, to help strip away the soft wood grain, leaving the harder, more durable wood grain standing tall.  Not only does this leave your new or refinished oak or walnut hardwood floors with more texture, it also increases their longevity and reduces the appearance of scratches and marks. This rare technique is not used by many hardwood floor installation companies and is truly one of the best ways to preserve your hardwood flooring. With these specialized skills and high quality stains and equipment, Colpron Custom Floors will install or refinish floors that are as gorgeous as they are long lasting and durable.
